As well as being a successful entrepreneur, Mrs Miers is also an environmental campaigner and is involved in a number of different organisations which help to improve the sustainability of our collective lifestyles. As part of this video interview, she talks about the importance of recognising the natural world in all of her work and recognising that the quality of food on our kitchen tables is directly linked to the sustainability of its production.

We encourage you to spend 45 minutes to watch this fascinating interview with the extremely successful chef and business owner. It’s clear that Thomasina Miers takes the time to really think about what motivates her and drives for success once she settles on a concept. Thank you to Mrs Styles for conducting such a stimulating interview.
