Jack Gionis performed in the Suffolk Festival on Sunday 9th October, sweeping the board with awards.
He won the Grade 8 and above wind class, and was also named as best brass player of the festival. He has been invited to perform in the festival’s prizewinners’ concert, where a selection of outstanding performances from the three disciplines of music, speech and dance are heard once again.
College Choir and Chapel Choir sang in the 19 and under choral categories, singing with excellent technical control and great musicality. We were thrilled to be awarded the Choral Championship Cup, for achieveing the highest aggregate marks across two classes. We have been invited to perform in the Suffolk Festival Gala Concert, where we will be presented with our cup.
