Recent Moreau Scholar, Lewis Myers-Allen (R 04-12) passed his professional RYA Yachtmaster Offshore course in October and is currently embarking on a voyage across the Atlantic Ocean delivering a 55ft yacht from Richmond, on the East Coast of South Africa, to a customer in Salvador in Brazil.
The voyage is expected to take forty days. The crew of four are currently sheltering from storms in an inlet near from Cape Town, but still expect to complete the crossing by some time in January. All the best Lewis!
