We recently had some outstanding performances at the Suffolk Schools’ Athletics Trials at Bury St. Edmunds which saw Alex Lawrence win the Senior Boys 800m, Poppy Mayall win the Shot and Lily Woodruff putting in an excellent performance to win the 800m.
This was followed up by Lily yesterday at the Suffolk County Athletics at Bury St. Edmunds where she ran 1500m in a PB of 5.03.3, then ran again in the 800m finishing with a sessions best of 2.26.8 in 2nd place.
