Year 9 geographers collected data in order to assess the impact of the decline of the tourism industry.
Our geographers collected a range of data along four transects. They will then analyse this data to see if Great Yarmouth supports the Butler Model – a theory about seaside towns’ changing fortunes. Now armed with data including environmental quality, land use, shopping quality, building quality as well as some qualitative observations they will create a resource booklet which they will use to complete a decision making exercise.
